The wine needs more time to come into balance, but has a nice core of concentration and strength. The wine coated the palate with a plush array of blueberries, gram cracker pie crust, blackberries, baking spices, earthy minerals, and a kiss of oak. The wine was elegantly restrained allowing the supple terror notes to bring balance and finesse to this wine. This is truly a beautiful wine that should evolve nicely over the next 8 to 10 years.
